Returns & Exchanges

At Senyores, every item is made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with:
✅ Your order number
✅ Clear photos of the item showing the issue
✅ A brief description of the problem

We will review the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

As all our products are printed on demand, orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has started. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you enter an incorrect shipping address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal service or neighbors. You may also contact the carrier for further assistance.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for orders with manufacturing defects or shipping errors. We do not offer refunds for:
